Benthos Divers introduced TDI technical diving in Okinawa in 2001. We are
the only shop recognized as TDI technical diving facility in Okinawa yet.

NSS-CDS cave diver.
He been trained in Florida and Mexico and Philippines in cave and wreck
diving.
He explored the cave at Kumejima together with a team,
(- 39m and a straight line distance 410m)
and also in Onna he explored some new dive spot.
(- 37m the total extension distance 648m)

Obtaining "Nitrox" is difficult according to the ordinance of Okinawa Prefecture.
We offer decompression diving with AIR and OXYGEN.
We only can offer Tecnical Fun diving, because it's a bit difficult to
teach everything in English. Of course if you speak and understand Japanese
it will be no problem.
Technical Fun Diving.
In this Technical Fun Dive course you will use doubble tanks and oxygen
for decompression.
You can take more time underwater and at depth. For example at the American
War ship "USS EMMONS" where normal scuba divers only can spend
about 15min because the minimum level is at about 35m.
You can dive safely with room for an unplanned decompression.
Also we can organize trips to "Solitary Island" (Kumejima) and
to Foreign countries. Please inquire by email.
Technical Diving - tools and materials
Tools and materials are the critical factors in technical diving more than
in usual scuba diving, it should be a simple, functional and work well
in harsh conditions. Taku individually recomment tools and materials for
